The paper reviews whether Indigenous Peoples’ worldview has di-rectly influenced or not the decisions made by Inter-American Court of Human Rights related exclusively to their human and environmental rights.In first section investigation, it is described main aspects take into consideration regarding Peoples international law; i.e. conceptualization term Peoples, its evolution in interna-tional law, core rights. Then, text will deal with relationship between Law International Environmental Law, through discussion how rights have been included context inter-national law. Afterwards, study explore close bond that exists indigenous peoples environment, relating different conceptions features according them.
